Indigo Successfully Completes Quality Audit

Indigo recently underwent a comprehensive quality audit conducted by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission on 14th and 15th May.

The audit, which took place at our Nedlands office, involved in-depth interviews with staff and clients to ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Meet The Team: Hugh Donohoe

Meet Hugh, one of our dedicated team members. As a Project Supervisor, Hugh's responsibilities span a wide range of functions, primarily focusing on prescribed Home Modifications under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP).

He works closely with both internal and external therapists to ensure modifications meet Australian standards, manage quotes and contractors, and ensure client satisfaction upon completion.

AT Chat’s AT Mentors, drawing from their lived experiences of disability, assistive technology (AT), and their Cert IV in AT Mentoring, are passionate about helping others achieve their goals. They can guide individuals you support in selecting and accessing low-risk AT solutions, up to a value of $15,000 through their NDIS funding plan.

Recent Expo Highlights

We had an incredible time showcasing our wide range of assistive technologies at the Occupational Therapy Expo (OTX) Perth, where attendees explored tools like our sensory chair, assistive gaming set-up, and kitchen aids.

Additionally, our Business Solutions team travelled to Brisbane and Sydney, meeting suppliers and attending the Sydney ATSA expo. This trip allowed us to strengthen existing partnerships and forge new connections with AT suppliers and stakeholders for both geat2GO and NED.
